How it all started.....
Needville Narwhals started off as a dream for the community of Needville back in 2015 when Allison Carter (the founder) moved to Needville. Allison came from many year and fond memories of swimming as a child and had high hopes of her own children being able to experience the same in their new small town of Needville.
Fast forward 8 years and Allison was in a better place as a mom, wife, and community member to bring this dream to life. She changed her job from a Nursing Manager in the Houston Medical Center to a work from home Nurse Care Manager and started having the conversations with who she thought would help bring this dream into reality with her.
As Allison started to share her vision with family and friends, the response was incredible and so encouraging that this program was needed for the kids in and around the Needville community. She had ideas of who would be the ground breakers with her, but had to ask the question to each of them and pray for their responses. That time came and all 4 of the members you see here, without hesitation jumped at the opportunity to help Allison create something amazing!
Here we are today...and with your help, support, and continued encouragement, everyone is excited to see where we go tomorrow!!
